The Experience:

Here's what to expect when working with PBD

Working with my clients is something I value and treasure wholeheartedly. Creating quality images, unforgettable moments, and lifelong memories with you and your loved ones is my joy and reasoning why I get behind my camera. Therefore, I want to give give you the best experience ever. Here's what to expect when inquiring and booking with me.

01- Contact

The first step is to fill out my contact form- found here. Once you answer these quick questions all about your session dreams, I will then respond to you via email within 48 hours.

02- Follow up

After you submit your inquiry, I will be responding to you with follow-up questions to get to know you and your session vision. For my wedding clients, I always set up an online or in-person meeting discussing your wedding day dreams and to see if we'd be a perfect match.

For my couples and senior session clients we can also set up a time to chat online or we can connect over email. Either way of contact works great!

03- Pick your session Date + Location

Our next step will be to plan out the logistical things, like picking your session date and location. I always send over my NoCo Location Guide as a reference. It has over 15 amazing locations. However, I am open to new locations ideas- so let me know what you are envisioning!

04- Sign Contract and Retainer

To fully book, I require my clients to sign a contract and pay a retainer to reserve their date. The digital contract and invoice come to you via email. Once that is all taken care of- you are now fully booked- Hooray!

05- Questionnaires+ Timelines

After getting you fully booked, I then send over a fun questionnaire just asking you more information about you and your partner, etc.

For my wedding clients, I always include a custom-created day of wedding photography timeline. Just to make sure we are all on the same page when it comes to your big day.

06- Session Day

YAY! We have finally arrived at the day you have been dreaming about. Our session date is here! For our session, plan to get there about 10 minutes early- just in case of traffic. Now we get to have some fun!

08- Full Gallery Delivered

In about 4-5 weeks your full gallery will be delivered to you via email. For wedding clients, it will take about 8-10 weeks for your full gallery to be delivered.

Your gallery will be available to download for both single and full gallery downloads. I recommend downloading your full high-resolution gallery to multiple places. I will keep a copy- just in case.

09- Print your Photos + Enjoy

With all of my packages, I do include a print release. However, I do have recommendations on places where you could print your photos.

Pixieset (your gallery site) has a high-quality print shop that will directly ship your photos straight to your home. Smallwoods is another great place to print if you are wanting a more rustic style. For albums, I recommend Artifact Uprising. If you do need help printing, please let me know and I would love to assist you.

Printing your photos really brings your session to life. Prints make for great gifts too! Now you can fully enjoy your photos both digitally online and in your home.

If you have any questions once your gallery is completed please let me know. At the end of the process, if you do want to leave PBD a review- it would mean the world. I cannot wait to work with you!

xoxo, Diandra
