Growing up in Northern Colorado I have gotten to experience many of Colorado's beautiful natural areas. However, my heart has fallen in love with a few that absolutely take my breath away each time I visit them. Read down below some of Colorado's gem photoshoot locations.
Lory State Park, Bellvue, CO
Lory State Park
One of my favorite locations in Northern Colorado is Lory State Park. Lory is tucked behind Horsetooth Reservoir in the gorgeous town of Bellvue, CO. This state park has it ALL. If you are wanting fields of green, forests, access to red geological features, and water, then Lory is your perfect photoshoot location. This spot is wonderful for families, couples, and seniors. You can even get married here!

Lost Gulch Overlook + Chautauqua Park
Is anyone interested in heading to Boulder?! Lost Gulch and Chautauqua Park have to be some of the prettiest scenic areas in Boulder County. If you are up for a more adventurous session then Boulder is a perfect spot for us. There are endless mountain tops, rocks, and forest access here. This spot is very rocky and may not be ideal for small children, however, it is perfect for engagement sessions and couples wanting to explore the Colorado mountains together.
** Clients are advised to bring a change of shoes here for hiking. High heels and sandals look great in photos but are NOT ideal for hiking here.**

Lost Gulch Overlook
Signature Bluffs Natural Area
Wanting a calmer location? Then Signature Bluffs has to be one of my top contenders. This spot is perfect come fall weather. It has some of the most beautiful yellow autumn colors and many trails for us to visit. There are multiple ponds, cottonwood trees, and endless fields. This spot is wonderful for families and couples. You can even bring your dogs!

- No parking fee, however, when busy the parking lot fills quickly!
